Much Ado About Nothing

Posted by on December 15, 2008

My intention with this website was to post something each and every day.  If there wasn’t major news then there would be an abundance of items that I could rant about on any given day.  But I have not done that out of the belief that consulting is not of interest on one hand, and sheer laziness on the other.  Hopefully this day ends and the missives begin anew.  Really, I have been doing a lot of photography work as of late to the point that I can’t even get my hair cut.  And I’m hoping Santa brings me a new equipment bag as you can see I’m laden down with such.carry.jpg And I”m not one to talk much about the weather but it seems to change here from one extreme to the other.  I can be on the golf course shooting some of my favorite players, or even dabbling in the game itself and in a twenty-four hour period the front of the house is covered and the lights on the bushes are almost daunted by the layer of snow.   So we continue with the preparation to move South for the winter and begin anew this fultiming.  I have sold the truck which leaves us now with one vehicle.  That is going to take some time getting used to for we have never, since prior to our wedding been with only one ride.  I had second thoughts after the sale but the idea of it sitting in a garage while we are out cavorting in the RV just didn’t make any sense.  I’m sure I’ll need a truck for some major reason this week.  Just my luck.  So now we are down to minimal furniture, filling rooms with Christmas gifts and the tree, just to take up space. However, it gives us reason to traverse into the city to buy even more gifts for people who really don’t need any.  I just love this country and the way we have commercialized everything.
